India's first free-roam Zero Latency VR gaming centre in Mumbai, designed within an existing mill building as an immersive sci-fi-inspired commercial interior.

Context
Zero Latency introduced India's first free-roam virtual reality gaming experience within an existing industrial building at Todi Mills in Lower Parel. The 3,000 sq ft space needed to accommodate reception, waiting and café functions alongside a 2,000 sq ft free-roam gaming zone, while managing the movement of incoming and outgoing groups efficiently. The design also had to translate the Australian brand's distinctive blue, grey and white identity without erasing the industrial character of the former Mumbai textile mill.
